Keeping a detailed and updated directory of your chapter's alumni is critical to your chapter's alumni relations, and most chapters only use pieces of paper or out of date excel spreadsheets to manage their alumni directory. EasyDues solves this problem by providing the chapter, and its alumni with an alumni directory that can be accessed, updated, and added to by any chapter member or alumni. Once an alumni is added to EasyDues' alumni directory by an active member or an alumni already in the database, the new alumni can log-in to EasyDues and view and add to the directory himself/herself.
