Alumni Directory
      Keeping a detailed and updated directory of your organization's alumni is critical to its alumni relations, and most groups only use pieces of paper or out of date excel spreadsheets to manage their alumni directory. EasyDues solves this problem by providing the active members, and its alumni with an alumni directory that can be accessed, updated, and added to by any group member or alumni. Once an alumni is added to EasyDues' alumni directory by an active member or an alumni already in the database, the new alumni can log-in to EasyDues and view and add to the directory himself/herself. This feature is invaluable to your organization, as the alumni are able to utilize the directory and keep their contact information up to date. If it is convenient to email all alumni, EasyDues allows treasurer and officer accounts to send emails to all alumni in their organization's alumni directory with a single click. EasyDues' Alumni Directory also keeps track of Alumni Donations. Through entering donations into EasyDues, treasurers and alumni are able to view an alumni's donation history and run reports that list recent donations and top alumni donators overall.
