Keeping a detailed and updated directory of your chapter's alumni is critical to your chapter's alumni relations, and most chapters only use pieces of paper or out of date excel spreadsheets to manage their alumni directory. EasyDues solves this problem by providing the chapter, and its alumni with an alumni directory that can be accessed, updated, and added to by any chapter member or alumni. Once an alumni is added to EasyDues' alumni directory by an active member or an alumni already in the database, the new alumni can log-in to EasyDues and view and add to the directory himself/herself. This feature is invaluable to the chapter, as the alumni are able to utilize the directory and keep their contact information up to date. If it is convenient to email all alumni, EasyDues allows chapter officers to send emails to all alumni in their chapter's alumni directory with a single click.
EasyDues' Alumni Directory also keeps track of Alumni Donations. Through entering donations into EasyDues, the chapter and alumni are able to view an alumni's donation history and run reports that list recent donations and top alumni donators overall.
Credit Card Donations
Utilizing EasyDues' ability to accept credit card payments and allow alumni to log-in, EasyDues gives alumni the option of making donations by credit card. Because all Credit Card Payments are handled through PayPal's integration with EasyDues, all credit card information is secure and all your chapter needs to receive credit card donations is a free PayPal account. EasyDues does not charge you for credit card transactions, the only fee your chapter will incur on credit card donations is the standard fee from PayPal for receiving payments.
Because credit card transactions are handled through PayPal, EasyDues does not receive or store your alumni's credit card information so that their private information remains private.
Expense Tracking
Keeping track of payments made is a tedious and time consuming process, but is important for creating budgets for the future and many other purposes. Because all financial transactions for your chapter can be managed in EasyDues, EasyDues automatically tracks your chapter's expenses and payment history so that it can be retrieved at any time in the future.
Online Document Sharing
